No book to buy, no reading to catch up on during your busy week… just come and add your voice to the conversation as we build and nurture a community to face the upcoming year together.

Read MoreThe Dream Team is our new collaborative approach to ministry grounded in our four core intentionalities: Sacred, Missional, Intergenerational, and Inclusive. Each season, a group of four to six people (not the same people each time but different based on the individuals) along with one pastor and our Creative Worship Director, will gather for a mini-retreat to design the ministry for that season.

We are a church filled with extraordinary people, each uniquely called and equipped to participate in God’s on-going work and we want to give y'all an opportunity to share that! We are also a church full of busy people with limited time they want to give to the church. So we want to help make that happen.

Want to serve communion or light candles? In the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ), we practice an open table. That open table applies to those who receive communion, but also those who serve. Anyone is welcome and invited to serve communion!

Interactive intergenerational, Christmas Eve worship with candles, communion, carols and community. Inspired by the tradition of Las Posadas—meaning “inn” or “lodging”—we will reflect on the journey to the manger (yours, mine, Mary, Joseph, Jesus etc). Come just as you are. All are welcome.

On this sacred night, we’ll gather in the glow of candles, lifting our voices in song and reflecting on the birth of Jesus. Come and celebrate the sacred joy of Jesus’ birth with communion, carols, candles, and community. Come just as you are. All are welcome.

Read MoreThis season of Advent we will be adopting some kiddos (and a couple of their grown ups too) from our community partners and our very own SICP. There will be angels on the tree in the gathering space with a number and an age, if you are interested in adopting one of these kiddos for the season turn your number into one of the pastors so we can then provide you with a name. We will need all items returned unwrapped to the church office with the angel you selected by WEDNESDAY DECEMBER 18.
We are recommending two toys, a book, and a pack of socks for the gifts provided that align with the child's age group. See post for details.

Saguaro’s Advent Dream Team is requesting modern-day baby shower gifts be brought throughout the Advent season, and on the Sunday of Epiphany, January 5, we’ll be having a baby shower.
The gifts will be distributed in various ways. This is the schedule of what to bring and when.
