The Dream Team is our new collaborative approach to ministry grounded in our four core intentionalities: Sacred, Missional, Intergenerational, and Inclusive. Each season, a group of four to six people (not the same people each time but different based on the individuals) along with one pastor and our Creative Worship Director, will gather for a mini-retreat to design the ministry for that season.

The Dream Team isn’t just another committee or a group of individual assigned tasks. It’s more than that. It’s a shared calling in ministry.

This initiative is not just about planning events or worship themes. It’s about paying attention to what God is doing around us, through us, among us and leaning in to whatever that is. It’s about creating space for everyone to contribute, to share their gifts, and to be part of something bigger than themselves.

Each season, we hope that your voices will feed one another spiritually, as we set tables of God’s love inside, outside, and upside down.

It takes all the very best stuff of committees, small groups, brainstorming methods, Bible studies, and soooo much more. We don’t want to settle for just being ordinary. And this isn't a computer operating program.

We are a church filled with extraordinary people, each uniquely called and equipped to participate in God’s on-going work and we want to give y'all an opportunity to share that! We are also a church full of busy people with limited time they want to give to the church. So we want to help make that happen.
