Upcoming Class— Inside, Outside, Upside Down: Lots of Ways to Pray!

Come and explore prayer with Dawna Petersen and Donna Gustafson for a fun and growing time of exploring lots of ways to pray and connect with God.

We’ll meet at 11:00 in the Saguaro Room after the Sunday service; a hearty snack will be provided.

All ages are welcome! Kids will be together with adults the first week, and will meet with Kelley for prayer activities the last three weeks.

COVID Guidelines update

The In Person Return Task Force (IPR-TF) met this week to review our current COVID-19 guidelines. Beginning today, with the CDC’s most recent statement, the decline in COVID-19 cases, and Pima County dropping their mask requirements, the (IPR-TF) has prayerfully decided to update their mask guidelines. Masks are now optional during worship and on-campus meetings.

Kelley's yearly clergy retreat

Y'all,

Every year for the past 14 years of ordained ministry I have taken a yearly clergy retreat for reflection, renewal, and really silly fun…This year's retreat is Feb 20-Feb 25. I am so grateful for each of them and the ways we support and love each other. And also a part of this retreat is a 24 hour period of silence. I would love for you to pray with me during my time of silence. 8am on Wednesday Feb 23 until 8am on Thursday Feb 24.

Vaccine Clinics at Saguaro

Saguaro is hosting a vaccination clinic on Tuesday, January 11 (and again on February 8) from 2 to 6 pm.

Vaccines offered: Covid-19: Pfizer, Moderna, J&J, (1st, 2nd and 3rd doses, boosters, and pediatric) and flu vaccination (only for 18+).

Attendees coming for their COVID second or third/booster shot will need to bring their vaccine card.

Help support immigrant families through Casa Alitas

Saguaro is collecting items for migrant families. You can touch the lives of migrant families arriving in our community through your donation to Catholic Community Services. Casa Alitas serves migrant families and pregnant women who:

  • Have been released by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) or Border Patrol

  • May travel to join family members already in the United States

  • Are awaiting an immigration hearing
