We will journey together through the writings of the Psalmists to hear how our spirits, bodies, sillies, safety, needs, and relationships are all holy and Spirit filled, uniting us to the divine in praise and in presence.

The Psalms are not neat and tidy. They don’t pretend everything is okay.

They are full of real, unfiltered life, joy and grief, laughter and anger, doubt and deep trust. They sound a lot like us. And that’s the point. The Psalms reveal deep truths of God’s people learning how to be in a relationship with God.

You Matter: Finding Your Place with the Psalms is a 6-week season rooted in these ancient poems, holding space for each of God's beloveds to show up exactly as they are. Together we'll journey through the writings of the Psalmists and discover something surprising, that our spirits, our bodies, our silliness, our safety, our needs, and our relationships are not obstacles to the Sacred. They are sacred.
