The sinks and ovens arrived this week for the temporary kitchen for SICP. This is huge. We are moving over the remaining refrigeration units, table, food and supplies. Then we just need to have the health department sign off on the temporary kitchen.

After the approval, the next step will be abatement of the old kitchen. This is required before official groundbreaking. Presently, we are still scheduled to break ground sometime between the 21st and 25th of January. Stay tuned. We are getting closer.
