Saguaro at General Assembly!

Congratulations to Saguaro’s Kerry Swindle and Pastor Jessica Braxton for agreeing to serve on the General Board for the CCDOC!!!

They were voted in on July 15 at General Assembly!!! We are so grateful for their servant leadership.

Our pastors shared in leadership for 2 different workshops during General Assembly 2025.

Are you curious about what business took place during the General Assembly of the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ)? 

Several important resolutions were passed including GA-2517 Changes to The Design and GA-2513 Resolution Concerning Disability Justice and Inclusion in all Ministries within the Christian Church. Three emergency resolutions addressing timely and pressing issues impacting our communities and world were also adopted.
