Fran is retiring!

"I find this to be a very difficult letter to write but one that is necessary. Please know that my intentions are to retire at the end of this calendar year Dec 31, 2023. As you know this was supposed to be a three-month position until Owen came back from his deployment and he could hire someone else. Well, after seven years (as of 11/16/23) I feel it's time to retire........"

On Sunday at the Board meeting, our Interim Administrative Assistant Frances Johnson announced her retirement plans. While we celebrate with Fran and her retirement, her shoes are big to fill. We are so grateful for the love and care that she has shown Saguaro during these past 7 years. 

For the remainder of the year Fran's new title will be Administrative Assistant, dropping the interim title. We will begin plans to celebrate Fran. While she will not be employed by SCC don't worry she will still be around the church, the kitchen, the office, etc. Stop by the administrate building and let Fran know how much she'll be missed! If you get a chance  let her know how you feel! Fran we love you and your presence in the office will be missed!!
